Return-Refund Policy

1. We accept any reason of the Return and Refund request.

2. Return Policy for Defective or Broken Products 

 When you received goods, and find defective or broken items, return request must be no later than 3 days from the day you received. When you ship back the items, your should sustain the return shipping fee first, and please send email to tell us the order number and the tracking number or return package, make sure you pack the items well and no damage of them. When we received your damaged items sent back, we will verify if back item is in good condition. If we verify it is not the problem by our side, we will not sustain any responsibility, if we find it is the mistake by our side actually, we will provide following 3 options for you.

1) Resent the same new product you ordered.

2) Exchange other product.

3) Full refund.
 
3. Return Policy for Dislike Products 

If you don't like the item(s) you received, feel free to return us.  But you should pay the return shipping cost by yourself, you may use Surface Mail instead of Airmail as the return shipping, it is more cheaper a lot than air mail. Additionally, we will charge US$15 per order as the return fee, the return fee will deduct from your order amount you paid. Once you return the package(s), please provide us the return tracking number(s), once we can see the tracing information on carrier website, we will refund your payment deduct return fee to you. For example, if your order total amount $100, we will refund $85 (Order amount $100 - Return Fee $15) to you.

4. NOTE

Please keep in mind that you have purchased replicas, and not genuine products! Although our replicas are 99.9 % similar to the originals, there are still some minor differences. Otherwise we would be advertising genuine products!
