Thanks for the safe delivery though it took around 10-days to reach me from China to Malaysia. Bravo to GreatBrandStore! Because they managed to get rid of Custom Tax for imported goods. However, there are some improvements that can be considered in the near future: 1- Picture of the item is misleading especially in terms of the handbag size. To my disappointment, the bag is larger than I expected based on the measurement stated. The size is more like a shopping tote, or a branded baby bag than a shoulder handbag that you can use for office wear. Hope to see more pictures of each item from left-side, right-side, bottom & top views to avoid similar disappointment from other customers in the future. Put something side-by-side that could act like a measuring scale while taking pictures of your goods say a standard 30-cm ruler or an iPad2. 2- In terms of packaging - GreatBrandStore.com should not fold the bag into two which might cause fine lines on the handbag especially when the buyer just received the item & haven't used it yet. In overall, I would rate my first purchase from GreatBrandStore.com as a pleasant experience despite their minor flaws in packaging & item description on the website. The Customer Service was amazing (credit to Linda Lin) for her prompt response to my email. The handbag quality was valuable with the price I paid, so I like what I've received! Please maintain your policy of "No-Shipping-Fee" forever because most customers are truly attracted to this one & they'll definitely come back to GreatBrandStore.com for more purchases. |
